The Founders
More Than a Salon
Hair Event LLC Salon, Wig & Wellness Center began as a family dream: to create a place where anyone facing hair loss or change could feel genuinely cared for — never rushed, never judged.
Owner Kelly is known throughout Albany for her expertise in custom wig fittings, while Courtney brings years of artistry to cuts, color and everyday styling. Together they've built lasting relationships with clients who return year after year.
We're not selling hair. We're restoring confidence — and we consider every client part of our extended family.
Giving Back
Care Beyond the Chair
Supporting clients through medical hair loss is at the heart of what we do. Our compassionate wig consultations are designed for those navigating cancer treatment and other health challenges — with patience, privacy and genuine warmth.
Through our wig program, we donate a portion of proceeds from wig sales to cancer research and proudly support organizations that help people experiencing hair loss, including hair donation programs.
